The hydraulic governor shall be microcomputer speed governor which is based on PID control rules. The governor will automatically or manually start or shut down the generating set and realize the emergency shut down from far away or nearby places, designed for parallel operation with public network or isolated operation.
It consists of:
Oil connecting tank made of welded steel plate with support feet and holes for floor anchoring, its capacity can contain all circulation oil including turbine braking use oil. It will be equipped with:
. pipe connections for external oil flow, matching the pipes
diameter and pressure.
. tap to fully drain the tank.
. internal surface of the tank is painted with anti-oil paint.
. eyebolts for hauling
Pumping unit consists of:
. three phase induction motor 380/220v 50Hz with external
ventilation whose power is fit for requirement.
. coupling between motor and pump is dimension for
full load start with a safety factor.
. gear-operated pump for non-stop service, with fixed flow
rate matching the parameter of operation and the requirement
of the system.
. metal suction filter and cartridge.
Controlling device made up of:
. max pressure control valve fit to drain the pump full capacity
complete with adjusting device and set locking device.
. electromagnetic check valves to position servomotors, the valves ports are dimension for higher capacity.
. pressure and flow control valves to control the servomechanisms.
. diaphragm gauge to regulate closing speed of adjusting and controlling devices in case of any emergency.
Accumulator made up of:
. nitrogen pocket accumulator sized to meet operation needs when the power if off.
Control system mainly consists of:
. ports for sample pressure gauges positioned on main circuit points.
. pressure gauge to measure pressure in the main leg.
. pressure switches adjustable
. visual level gauge to measure oil tank level equipped with thermometer.
